For podcasters, audio-only formats

License one track for use as intro/outro or background in a single podcast show. Perpetual rights granted, monetization allowed. All uses remain subject to BMI royalty collection.

For YouTubers, streamers, and multi-platform creators

License one track for video and audio use on a single creator channel (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.). Monetization allowed, perpetual rights. Subject to BMI royalty collection.

For local or regional branding campaigns

License one track for use in social media, online courses, or regional ad campaigns. Includes broadcast or digital ads with reach under 50k/month. Licensee must file cue sheets with BMI if broadcast applies.

For limited or custom tracks, exclusive sync rights

Grants exclusive sync rights for podcast use of one track (removed from catalog for that purpose). Artist retains BMI royalty collection on public performances. Custom track options available upon request.
